1 comments so far (post your own)With all do respect,I am shocked to see that DJ Joe Cooley is still not on this list.He is still by far one of the best technical DJ/Turntablist to this date with amazing scratch patterns.Joe Cooley is a Hip-Hop Legend worthy of this honor and will always be known as" Tha King of Scratch".Let's not forget Rodney O and Joe Cooley gave us hits like "Everlasting Bass".They are West Coast Pioneers and a part of Hip-Hop history.They deserve to be on this list.
